HR/Office Manager
Aleida Richards has been an integral part of our team at Darrigo & Diaz for a decade. As the HR / Office Manager, she handles all issues related to human resources, employees, payroll, and general office management. She is also a member of the Company Production and Steering Committee, which continues to plan and improve our processes in the coming years. She has played a key role in transforming, implementing, and improving our firm’s production over the last few years. She gained a great deal of first-hand experience and insight regarding company operation when she owned and operated two businesses of her own.
Aleida enjoys working alongside our staff and team of Tampa personal injury attorneys, which makes coming to work a daily pleasure. She believes that our clients come first and does everything possible to facilitate their needs. She shares our passion for pursuing justice on behalf of the men and women we represent. She remains sensitive and aware to the fact that many of our clients seek our help during great times of need and stress, either as injured victims of negligence or as accused individuals.
Her high level of professionalism and dedication helps our firm deliver the attentive and client-focused services we are known for in Tampa, FL., which we believe our clients need and deserve. In her free time, she enjoys working out, which includes circuits, elliptical, biking, Zumba, and pilates. She also enjoys camping, kayaking, and horseback riding.
