Law Clerk

Stefania Grillo is a law clerk at Darrigo & Diaz. Stefania assists our personal injury department by conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and organizing case files. She also supports our administrative team with intakes and client communications, contributing to the effective and efficient resolution of the firm’s personal injury cases. Stefania is currently attending Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University (FAMU) College of Law to obtain her  Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Prior to this role, Stefania was an intern within our personal injury department, where she worked closely with our paralegals, attorneys, and other members of the team to assist with case management and development, as well as helping with client intake and communications. Stefania graduated from the University of South Florida, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Studies and Justice. During her undergraduate career, Stefania served as a political intern at the Florida House of Representatives, where she assisted Representative Omary Harding in drafting bills, suggesting social media posts, designing grahics, and preparing for the legislative session. She also served as a research assistant at the Trafficking in Persons (TiP) to Resilience Lab.
