Posted By Darrigo & Diaz
The law firm of Darrigo & Diaz announced that it is representing Connie and David Lindsay, two motorcyclists who were victims of a recent widely publicized hit & run accident on May 15th in Brandon. The life-threatening car versus motorcycle accident happened on Bell Shoals Road on the evening of May 15th in which Connie was riding on the back of David’s motorcycle when a woman suddenly pulled out and hit them.
This driver, who has now turned herself in to local authorities and faces criminal charges, remained at the scene for a few moments and then fled leaving the couple for dead lying in the road.
As a result of the collision, David’s leg was broken and Connie’s knee was completely destroyed—leaving the couple with tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills and physically unable to run the veterans’ charity Liberty Manor, which they started and fund out of their own pockets. D&D will be trying to help the Lindsays obtain compensation for their medical bills, time out of work, and pain and suffering.
